What You Need
Rice Base:
- 3½ cups parboiled white rice
- 2 cups chicken stock (or meat/turkey stock)
- 2 tablespoons curry powder
- 3 stock cubes
- Salt to taste
- Extra boiling water as needed

- 200g fresh liver (any type), diced
- 3 medium carrots, diced small
- 2 green bell peppers, diced small
- 1 cup green peas, washed
- 1 red onion, chopped
- Spring onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
